There has been much debate and discussion about what face covering are and are not allowed at Disney. In the overnight hours, Disney updates their policy.
While some believed neck gaiters and bandannas were acceptable forms of face coverings, Disney is now saying they are not. See the police below directly from the Walt Disney World website.

If you are headed to a park for the opening this weekend, make sure you have the proper facial covering.
I can’t imagine wanting to wear a neck gaiter in the Florida heat and humidity anywhere, but I know there were some cute Disney ones on Etsy.
