Lego and Disney have been long time partners, teaming up to create some of the most iconic Disney attractions. From the Disney Castle, Steamboat Willie, and the Disney Minifigure sets, Lego has once again captured the magic.
The New Disney Train and Station set is the newest creation for 2019 from the brick-building giant. The set includes 20 pieces of railroad track, both curved and straight pieces, a full station that measures 15″ tall, and a steam engine-style locomotive with three cars. The set is made up of a total of 2,925 pieces.
The train and station set is modeled on the classic train stations and steam locomotives found at Disney parks. At the helm, our favorite mouse Mickey will be driving the locomotive, donned in a full engineer uniform. Minnie, Goofy, Chip, and Dale will be along for the ride in the form of exclusive minifigures.
The coolest part? The train fits with the Lego Powered Hub line which allows you to control it via a Bluetooth device, such as your iOS or Android device with the Power Up app installed.
The cost of the set is $329.99 and it will be available in stores on September 1st. If you are a Lego VIP member, which is a free membership, it will be available August 19th.
Will you be adding this to your Lego collection?
